A cultural advocate and organizer, Brandi Waller-Pace is the Founder/Executive Director of Decolonizing the Music Room, a Fort Worth-based nonprofit organization. Under the nonprofit, they founded and organize the Fort Worth African American Roots Music Festival. Brandi has co-produced, curated artist lineups for, and performed in events with Bluegrass Pride, The Bluegrass Situation, and PineCone. They also sit on the board of directors of Folk Alliance International and Book More Women.
